In order to save the customer's budget and not to use complex and heavy machinery, the cottages are designed according to the prefabricated principle.

SAD designers created a balanced space so that each room and cottage had a private area and quick access to places of social interaction: lobby, restaurant, gym and swimming pool. This approach helped to make the holiday home payback and highly profitable for the owners and cosy for the visitors.

Also paid attention to the durability of materials that will withstand any weather conditions for decades.
