The residential complex is thoughtfully designed

The peculiarity of the LCD, designed in a picturesque area of Tashkent, is its different heights. The project combines houses of 9 and 12 storeys. Due to its engineering features, the LCD becomes a bright architectural object on the city map. The external appearance fully reflects the idea of comfort laid down by the creators of the complex: modern balconies, interesting facade solutions and well thought-out layouts. The design of the project is made in an unusual style for Tashkent and thus attracts attention.

A distinctive feature of the residential complex is a closed territory with a specially designed landscape, which provides residents with safety and aesthetic pleasure. The courtyard is equipped with modern play spaces for children of different ages, sports grounds and places for general leisure of residents.

The residential complex is thought out to the smallest detail, so the entire ground area is landscaped for recreation, and the underground area is occupied by a car park. This provides residents with the opportunity to feel as comfortable and safe as possible.

When realising the architectural solution, we also took care of the economic component. The project was implemented with the highest economic indicators possible for construction companies.
