Architectural design
The fundamental activity of SAD is the architectural design of individual objects and large-scale architectural concepts. It involves the development and materialisation of an idea for the further construction of a modern, aesthetic, inspiring, functional building. Architectural design is based on three basic concepts: utility, durability and beauty.

The benefits are determined by the functionality and performance of the building and the ergonomics of the spaces. The building must be efficiently designed in terms of comfort and cost-effectiveness.

Strength implies smooth operation of engineering systems and accurate structural design. The latter is vital as we design in an area with high seismic activity. We optimise loads and calculate the most efficient solutions in terms of safety and construction costs.

ENGINEERING DESIGN
Engineering design is the development of design and estimate documentation. It is the basis of any construction, which guarantees high quality, reliability and safety.
At this stage, we develop all the nuances of the building to be erected: functional, engineering, structural, technical. We also prescribe the most efficient way of using materials and calculate the cost of works. SAD specialists consult with international experts when developing unique technologies. We calculate the maximum number of solutions to choose the most optimal one.

Designing space
Interior design is a stage of architecture aimed at developing the interior of a room in order to provide a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing interaction between the environment and people. SAD designers are inspired by the features of architecture, nature, national, cultural, historical heritage characteristic of a particular location.
Interior design greatly affects productivity, contributes to labour cost savings, health and safety.
We convey the message and energy of the building itself through the interior design. The interior should be in harmony with the company's philosophy and corporate identity.

The stylistic decision of the interior is conditioned by several indicators:
- environment
- object purpose
- target audience

Through the use of a variety of shapes, colours, expensive materials and lighting scenarios, it is possible to achieve maximum comfort when using the object.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTING
At the site selection stage, we collect possible areas and propose a feasibility study for each area. After that, we create a digital model of the project using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. This innovative tool allows us to plan the process of creating a facility in detail, bringing together its architectural, structural, economic, technological and operational characteristics.
To enable the customer to control the profitability of the facility, we work with them to put together a finishing job.
We also help the customer to tender for suppliers and tenders for a particular technology.
We analyse suppliers from different countries, negotiate the best terms and choose the best option for the project.
Thanks to this approach, the customer receives not only a spectacular and ergonomic object, but also a clear understanding of his investment.
