A residential neighbourhood that includes everything you need and a little more.

When creating the microdistrict, the SAD designers thought in detail about everything that should be present in a comfortable space for living. It was important for us to balance external attractiveness and functionality.

The project includes its own promenade, driveway, shopping complex, business centre, medical clinic, kindergarten and public school.

The architectural solution is defined on the verge of Art Nouveau, Neo-Classic and modern minimalism. Residential buildings and public buildings are designed in different styles, but they complement each other and together create a coherent concept of a modern neighbourhood.

The 4-hectare site allowed to design spacious courtyards, to place objects at a comfortable distance, to preserve natural beauty and to create a sense of freedom in a cramped city.
