The Mountain Resort Complex Project is Uzbekistan's first resort zone project located in the western Tianshan Mountains near the Charvak Reservoir. The project is unique in that it combines a hotel complex, an aqua park zone, swimming pools with an area of over 10,000 square metres, and a unique dance floor on a tower. In addition to active recreation facilities, the site accommodates villas for family holidays and sports grounds.
Multifunctionality of the object is its distinctive feature. Special mention should be made of the architecture of the Object's complexes. Located on the terrace of the mountains, the architecture of the buildings supports the architecture of the landscape and relief outlines, frames the terraces and opens the most impressive viewpoints of the entire Chatkal range, Charvak reservoir and the Chirchik River. The image of the architecture of the object was the image of a cruise liner, while not a direct imitation of the vehicle, but creating this image on the intuitive level of the viewer. There is no sea in Uzbekistan, but the residents of Uzbekistan are thirsty for the impressions of the sea and sea resort, as the climate is hot and everyone is drawn to water in summer. This is how the idea of large, large water spaces was born, taking the gaze of holidaymakers at the resort to the horizon. It was also decided to realise all construction solutions in the most economical way possible. Mining construction is a complex enterprise and one of our main tasks as designers was to develop simple and efficient solutions for the realisation of the project. We spread the architecture as delicately as possible over the terrain to blend seamlessly into the mountain landscape and avoid earthworks.
