An ecological village designed 25 minutes away from Tashkent, but with a completely opposite atmosphere. This space implies a place for a comfortable holiday from the city and its rush.

The project was developed together with British consultants and incorporates many features of European private neighbourhoods with residential houses. It assumes the presence of all the infrastructure necessary for the life of a modern person not in the city, but outside it. Where there is plenty of space and fresh air.

The aim of SAD's designers and architects is to create a harmonious environment that includes private spaces and streets as well as a common area with recreational facilities, parking spaces and a clean lake.

A separate feature of this property is the design of its streets. Almost all the roads of the village include many turns and constantly keep the guest in intrigue, not letting him understand where the boundaries of this natural oasis are.
