RENOVATION OF ASAKA BANK BRANCHES

RENOVATION OF ASAKA BANK BRANCHES

The project of reconstruction and new construction of 18 branches of Asaka Bank is an example of large-scale renovation of all the Bank's facilities in the country in connection with rebranding. The philosophy of the Asaka Bank renovation project is based on simplicity and strictness of forms, with maximum utilisation of the existing buildings' capabilities. The purpose of the building facades is to organise and demonstrate brand recognition and uniqueness in any city of Uzbekistan. Based on a detailed study and analysis of international practice of architectural solutions, elements of the facades were selected and the creation of a key element in the form of a volumetric logo and Asaka brand was decided. The result was a synergy of architecture and small form installation. The use of unified elements for each individual façade made it possible to bring all the images of the pre-existing buildings to the same concept of the new brand, and also resulted in savings in construction and renovation. The key brand element of the facades positions the stability and leadership of the bank and serves as a symbol of innovation and modern trends, playing the role of an advertising and image element. A bright and expressive symbol will significantly increase the recognisability of the building. The logo in a transparent "shell" demonstrates the basic principles of the bank - openness and honesty, as if the bank's heart is open to customers. All facades of buildings with the key element (accent) face the main roads of the streets where they are located and this is an opportunity to be seen by everyone travelling or passing near Asaka Bank branches. The artistic solutions of the facade and interior are designed as a whole. The solution for the interior was modern finishing materials, as well as the organisation of each bank's office space in accordance with the modern trends of self-service, transparent work of bank employees and other principles of modern office space organisation. The philosophy of exterior and interior design is fully in line with Asaka Bank's mission - to contribute to the intensive development of Uzbekistan's economy and its integration into the international economic community, to make high quality banking products and services available to customers. Likewise, the new model of organisational activity is an interesting experiment in testing the appropriate conditions for activation. Thus, further development of various forms of activity plays an important role in shaping the positions taken by the participants in relation to the set tasks. Thus the realisation of the planned targets requires the definition and refinement of a development model. Higher-order ideological considerations, as well as the scope and place of training, contribute to the preparation and implementation of mass participation systems. Thus, the scope and place of training is largely responsible for the creation of new proposals.
