The project is inspired by the natural forms of the rice terraces, creating a organic architecture with no cornerswhere the space flows seamlessly between zones. The design is orientated towards maximum interaction with natureusing soft lines, panoramic views and water spaces.

Total area of the complex - 8 980 м²of which 5 328 м² is occupied by the development.

Infrastructure and recreational areas

The complex offers a variety of areas for recreation and active lifestyles:

1. 4 swimming poolsincluding children's area and recreational islands (1 475 м²).
2. Beach areaintegrated into the overall concept of the resort.
3. 425 metres long treadmill, sports grounds and a gym.
4. Restaurant, bar, cinema and studio for podcasts.
5. Spa complex and yoga areathat create a balance between activity and relaxation.
6. Parking for 26 cars and 80 motorbikes.

1. 30 studios with access to the swimming pool.
2. 96 standard studios.
3. 12 one-bedroom apartments with access to the swimming pool.
4. 22 standard one-bedroom apartments.
5. 16 one-bedroom apartments.
6. 1 one bedroom apartment with private roof terrace.
7. 24 one-bedroom apartments with roof terrace.

Environmental aspect and technologies

The complex is oriented towards sustainable architectureminimising the impact on the environment and generating organic dialogue between design and nature. Panoramic glazing and soft shapes ensure that the natural light and ventilationand the use of natural materials makes the space environmentally friendly and durable.

This project is symbiosis of modern resort design and natural motifscreating a unique living experience combining comfort, aesthetics and harmony with the environment.
